散形意念線是用來影響棘皮(向心凝煉)的能量帶走向。最簡單的範例，就是想像樹木的枝葉怎麼長？就是依照樹幹→樹枝的旋性來生長。這個旋性的旋轉方式就是依照棘皮的能量帶分布。對於棘皮的理解非常重要，重要到足以超越所有諾貝爾獎的貢獻！因為，連光的進行方式，還有所有時空的意念指令，都是透過棘皮的方式來運行。

It grows according to the rotation of the trunk → branches. This rotation is distributed according to the energy bands of the JIPI.
