★★★根據音樂脈絡，可以在初次觸及某些樂曲，回家練習後，下次上課先決定一種想像，像是「一種符號、一個形容詞、一絲感覺、一份心情，或一段迂迴，甚至峰迴路轉」，哪些是可以大部分涵蓋音樂走向的？

這便是以音樂和想像來「詩情畫意」，這個舉動可以同時引導並涵養學生的音樂。

舉例來說，我個人認為浩然談的哈利波特前段音樂，很適合描述的符號「∞」，也就是「迴旋」。像是鳥兒飛翔於高空翱翔時，當振翅(音樂下行凝煉)上揚後，身體(音樂上行滑翔)卻是放鬆上行。

小游老師，您可以再聽幾次浩然的演奏，然後0:03同時透過右手轉手腕畫無限的符號「∞」(有點像是打羽球的打水瓶畫8字的練習)來先感知這樣的練習。接著，透過身體的上揚與沉著，還有呼吸吐納來引動自己的韻律。

我相信，只要妳試著試驗與自我印證，很快就會感受到自己和學生們的不一樣。

二、2024-04-10_★★★如果把左手旋律直接先剔除掉，將快速音群和琶音先找到方向，透過輕聲唱出來，把音樂的擺盪迴旋的感覺找到，這是最快能自己找到合適的音樂質感的方式，也是我指揮經驗中，最重要的一件事。

(00:26-)22日傍晚到23日六點多，發生很多地震在比較淺層，深度大約4~10km。主震是在較深的地方，大約20多km。較淺的情況下，當然風險較高，如果破裂到地表，海嘯的風險更大，較深當然機率低一點。說明一件事，就是企圖讓呂宋島的最北端【有點要整個變形，有點慢慢要被拋棄掉的感覺】。【更北邊已經隱沒下去了，更南邊還在碰撞過程當中】。【這個地方有點尷尬】就是，要隱沒不隱沒，要碰撞不碰撞，但是它又產生很多破裂面！

2024-04-18_有非常多個重力意念點在擺盪的意念線運行，我協助畫出一種雙星擺盪運行的可能，不過尚不知是匯集(凝煉)或發動(散形)。我相信日蝕現象，並不只有遮蔽的意涵，和時空、重力、反轉重力(對向重力，但我認為無法作用在同phase上，易造成時空扭曲和動盪來呈現。我想後街就是很好的例子，不是嗎？)、牽引，甚至時空波動或時空意念場景，又有何關聯呢？大自然正在迅速地呈現一種可能，但我們需要抑制這些無法理解的可能，還是趕快研究與自我印證來前行呢？

風傳媒指出，4月22日這天，截至晚間11點共震了79次！（顯著有感40個＋小區域39個）

氣象署指出，今日多起地震仍屬 #花蓮0403地震的餘震，因0403主震規模達7.2，能量大的地震若要釋放仍需要較長一段時間，而地球會「#應力調整」以取得平衡。
