1. 每年做一件超過自己的事。
Do one thing more than yourself every year.

也許,我們每次都試試看把其中一個環節做更好一點點呢?
Maybe, let's try to make one of them a little bit better each time?

無論是什麼事,我們都試圖先拆解開來。如同撰文擬稿一般,即便破題之後,也要論述與發展,不是嗎?
Whatever it is, we try to take it apart first. Just like writing a draft, even after breaking the topic, you have to discuss and develop it, isn't it?

要寫出一篇文章,先擬出幾個論點吧!
To write an article, first draw up a few points!

買菜、種類、色調、洗菜、備料、刀工、醃製、程序、調味、盛皿等。
Go shopping, with different categories, with vary colors, washing, preparing, cutting, pre-marinating, processing, seasoning, with suitable containers, etc.

擇一而練/踐(練習、鏈結、關聯、凝煉、愛戀)之吧!
Choose one and practice/implement it (practice, link, connection, converging, love)!

2. 大塊切菜、加橄欖油、鹽,放進烤箱。
Chop vegetables in large chunks, add olive oil, salt, and put in the oven.

每次都試試看把其中一個環節做更好一點點呢?
How about trying to make one of them a little bit better each time?

根莖類的馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔,或是青花菜與空心菜的切法,是否就截然不同呢?每次換一種準備
Is the cutting method of root potatoes, carrots, or broccoli and water spinach completely different? Try each one preparation each time.

加入橄欖油、鹽,放進烤箱。下一次,就改成乳酪絲與黑胡椒粒。再下一次,就來個鹽焗鮮魚。
Add olive oil, salt, and put in the oven. Next time, it will be shredded cheese and black peppercorns. And next next time, you could have a salt-baked fresh fish.

等到某一次,便能從容地準備好幾種囉。只要妳把握每一次神奇,便得其義(奇異)。

3. 到底要怎麼進入這一行呢?從哪裡開始呢?絕不是食譜的問題,而是,怎麼找到動機、慾望、衝動,去上市場、享受每一個細瑣的過程?
How do you get into this line? Where to start? It is by no means a question of recipes, but how to find the motivation, desire, and impulse to go to the market and enjoy every trivial process?

很簡單,從成為一個合宜的小幫手開始。
It's simple, start by being a decent little helper.

先從旁欣賞每個步驟,它們便不細瑣。此後,方能細膩地浮現其中一步又一步的連鎖反應。
Appreciate each step from the side first, they are getting not trivial. After that, the chain reaction step by step can be delicately presented.

當你的孩子在廚房展現巧手之際,讓我們悄悄學習觀察知覺,試圖紀錄他們一步又一步的生命樣貌。
When your children show his glow in the kitchen, let us quietly learn to observe and feel, and try to record their life appearance step by step.

So if you can, please make a fist with your left hand for three seconds(close your eyes and inhale firmly between the eyebrows), and relax (open your eyes) for five seconds.  Then with the actions I mentioned above, it will get better. I think your bleeding on Monday is good, because, I am working hard for you! Perhaps you have felt a slight vibration and shaking in the middle of the night, and that is my EN surrounding you. Please do this every day, and if you get a little better, I think you will share that joy with us too!
