能量形生物,在觀察的當下,他們是以能量為依存來源。這個概念有點像是共生的環境與場域,基本上是被特定「散形意念體/點」所影響或束縛的生物。而能量的概念,便是散形意念再進行散形疊合後,那個勻質的象限。 Energy-type beings, in that moment of observation, exist on energy as a source of dependence. 台視新聞台 我們的專家們到底什麼時候才能停止隨便說說和歸因呢?他們是否明白何謂為自己的言行負責?抑或是他們在取得專家的地位後,隨便說說或誤人子弟也沒關係呢?當我們的層級越高,我們不是更應該要求自己要謹言慎行嗎?

When will our experts stop attributing casually and talking nonsense? Do they understand what it means to be responsible for their words and actions? Or is it okay for them to talk or mislead their children just after they have attained the status of experts? When our level is higher, shouldn't we be more asking ourselves to be cautious in our words and deeds?

專家們有一個很難堪又真實的困難,就是好像什麼都要知道。遇到不清楚的問題或現象,還是硬著頭皮也要發表幾句意見,好似自己並非那群不清楚狀況的人。這不就和 加里·維納查克  Garyvee分享的「獎盃效應」相同嗎!?正因為那些他們身處的專家光環,讓他們連不清楚的事都硬要說分明。還有很抱歉,這邊我與 World Health Organization (WHO) 的專家和代表再次地重申與呼籲。

Isn't it also the "Trophy Effect" that Garyvee shared!? Right because of the expert halo that they have been, they insist on clarifying things that are not clear. Also, I am sorry, here I reiterate and appeal again with the experts and representatives of the World Health Organization (WHO).


「遇到不知道或不清楚的問題,就說不太清楚。」若當下想一同研究學習或提供協助,那你就需要特別說明是以猜測或探討的方式來回應。若你猜測或答是獵食或求偶,那你必然得提出幾個類似的魚類行為來論述或印證。否則,隨口說說不就等於胡說八道嗎?

"When you encounter a problem you don't know or don't understand well, just answer that you don't know very well." If at the moment you want to study together or provide assistance, you will need to specify whether you will respond by guessing or exploring. If your guessing and answer is hunting or courtship, then you must come up with several similar fish behaviors to discuss or corroborate. Otherwise, isn't it the same as talking nonsense?

從上圖圖二可以輕易地觀察到,這些魚群都是能量形。從拍攝或日光的反光來說,只要是很難對焦或不易清楚地觀察到輪廓者,很可能是能量形。這邊的影像我認為可以排除有水面波紋反光或失焦的可能。大家可以回想以前那些飛碟畫面,大都是散形的圓點。那些圓點以現在判斷起來,應該是散形的意念指令。而意念指令在執行時,會在空中以盤旋的軌跡來運行發動。其實,可以想像成魚兒發出水面波紋的方式,只是意念指令是以自體迴旋的方式來執行。

It is easy to see from Figure 2 above that these fish are energy-type. From the perspective of shooting or reflection of daylight, as long as it is difficult to focus or it is not easily to bserve the contour clearly, it is likely to be energy-type objects. I think the image on this side can rule out the possibility of ripple reflection or out-of-focus on the water surface. You can recall the previous UFO pictures, most of which are scattered dots. Judging by the present, those dots should be scattered EN instructions. When EN instruction is executed, it will run in spin in the air. In fact, it can be imagined that the fish emit ripples on the surface of the water, but EN instructions are executed in a self-rotating way.

尚未反轉的能量生物有幾個特質:
1. 不定型或不具型。這些生物對於自身的危機感較重。
2. 會有暴衝式的快速移動之特性。
3. 質能較低,在某些面向能被察覺到較單薄的物理特性。
4. 重力場域不穩定,會有翻轉或偏斜的現象。
5. 只能成群地聚集在某些特定的散形意念場域之中。
6. 因為被場域或散形意念所束縛,所以不太用進食,並且極容易察覺場域的改變而受驚嚇。

Energy creatures that have not yet been reversed have several qualities:
1. Amorphous or untyped. These creatures have a strong sense of crisis about themselves.
2. There will be a burst of fast movement characteristics.
3. Lower mass energy, in some aspects can be perceived thinner physical properties.
4. The gravity field is unstable, and there will be flipping or deflection.
5. Can only be gathered in groups in certain scattered EN fields.
6. Because it is bound by the field or scattered EN, it is not necessary to eat much, and it is very easy to detect changes in the field and be frightened.
