林祐民 指揮 Taipei Chamber Players 台北室內重奏團 ，開創一種新的音樂模式，好似普羅高菲夫的《彼得與狼》之未來版。隨著音樂發展，觀眾透過手機在特定環節票選後續走向，而樂團根據聽眾心之所向，接續演奏多數觀眾期待的音樂發展。
Lin Youmin conducts the Taipei Chamber Players, creating a new musical model, like the future version of Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf". As the music develops, the audience uses their mobile phones to vote on the next direction in specific sessions, and the orchestra continues to play the music development that the majority of the audience expects based on the audience's wishes.
這是在台灣，甚至在全世界，都是前所未見的大膽嘗試，無論對編曲家、樂團或是指揮家，以及現場的設備、工作人員的調度…等，都是極大的考驗。
This is an unprecedented bold attempt in Taiwan, and even in the world. It is a great experiment for the arranger, orchestra, conductor, as well as the on-site equipment, staff scheduling, etc..

光是攜手往未來前行的這份用心，我們就要為祐民和樂團大聲喝采，真的是我們台灣之光！

至今(2/13)，已經發生五次幾近瞬間移動。根據我的意念系統，每次移動約為0.12-0.134秒之間。各位如果有一點理解我說過的內容，對於3/11於國家音樂廳演出的菲律賓瑪德利加合唱團UP Madrigal Singers(MADZ)，必然會察覺一些關聯，像是牧歌(Madrigal)、大地(Earth, 大地表演藝術中心暨大地合唱團)，還有他們獨特的半圓形排列，是利用聲響與空間的匯集與凝煉(想像波的匯集，各位可知道透過振盪與匯集，若從圓形水面正中央將一顆浮球自然下墜可以反彈多高嗎？)。(So far on 2/13, five teleportations have occurred. 在走訪各地時，1/7發生第四次瞬間移動(Teleport)，同時在我的頭上遺留了5cm的傷口；我稍有意識時，是在開刀房；接著稍微清醒時，便是醫生與護士講述為這5cm傷口進行縫合及照護的說明(傷口的形狀非常怪異，是一個【逆時鐘向心螺旋，類似U從後面往前寫，然後逆時鐘轉開來的形狀】)；之後，便辦理出院手術。幾天後回診，詢問護士，護士說「傷口很乾淨」，醫生說等滿一週後拆線即可。

傷口形狀雖然怪異，但仍可假設這個時空強制轉換會形成一個【逆時鐘向心螺旋，類似U從後面往前寫，然後逆時鐘轉開來的形狀】的原因是，因為要從我的身體內持續的抽出(也可能是置入，或介接)某些高能的散形時空意念/散形時空意念場景(散形時空因子)，所以才會形成類似於「螺旋狹縫」的時空路徑的軌跡。

這也是為何我一周後拆線，至今已經一個半月，即便傷口已經癒合，但疤痕按下去仍然感到疼痛(絲毫沒有紅腫)，我相信疤痕在持續地在擺盪(持續造成時空波動)。
This is why I had the stitches removed a week later. It has been a month and a half now. Even though the wound has healed, the scar still hurts when pressed (no redness or swelling at all). I believe the scar is continuing to oscillate (continues to cause fluctuations in time and space).

每個人都會遇到類似的情形，只是我們散發意念(時空牽引)時，純度和美麗(暈散)的層級有差異而已，可視為「時空意念(時空波動)的清晰和影響力(可以解讀為時空極度細膩且高度和諧，或時空稀疏且單調)」，就科學而言，便是所謂的「弦論」。

2024-03-11(一)，菲律賓瑪德利加合唱團UP Madrigal Singers(MADZ)即將在國家音樂廳歌唱，是第一個獲得兩次歐洲歌唱大賽大獎的合唱團（1997年、2007年），在2023年慶祝創團60週年。MADZ與台灣合唱界的淵源長久，由大地表演藝術中心暨大地合唱團的創辦人洪綺玲老師於1990年代即把瑪德利加合唱團帶來台灣，且長期持續交流。

各各位如果有一點理解我說過的內容，對於菲律賓瑪德利加合唱團UP Madrigal Singers(MADZ)，必然會察覺一些關聯，像是牧歌(Madrigal)、大地(Earth, 大地表演藝術中心暨大地合唱團)，還有他們獨特的半圓形排列，是利用聲響與空間的匯集與凝煉(想像波的匯集，各位可知道透過振盪與匯集，若從圓形水面正中央將一顆浮球自然下墜可以反彈多高嗎？)。

懂得人就會從這方面來思考這個演出，必然要去購票欣賞和參與，我相信他們此時來，當然是來台灣協助台灣意念系統的匯集，所以應該會展現某些內涵，讓有用心的人能察覺。

半圓形折疊，若是從2D→3D的過程中，再將牧歌、大地、半圓形會轉成魚眼，將目光所分享的意念，散形後匯集於台灣，這看不懂是個超大發動的話，各位有好好思考這些關聯嗎？

前往參與時，有用心思考者，必然會感到一種親切與孰悉，要不要嘗試與提升，各憑本事囉。

再分享給各位，若是半圓形多phase(layer)的站姿(因為人的身高)，經由向心凝煉旋轉，從3D轉成2D的時候，和我1/8第四次瞬移造成的傷口，至今所感知的意念線，有什麼雷同呢？



事實上，就是由半圓形的全向相位之反轉重力，呈現「散形」與「凝煉」，請自行印證。


至今(2/13)，已經發生五次幾近瞬間移動。根據我的意念系統，每次移動約為0.12-0.134秒之間(So far on 2/13, five teleportations have occurred. According to the interpretation of my EN system, each movement time is about 0.12-0.134 seconds)：
1. 第一次是在我散步於楊梅埔心公園，一眨眼，意識仍在邊走邊唱歌時，人直接貼在地上喘息，約莫不到三秒，我便意識到自己的瞬移。
2, 3. 第二次、第三次都是在職場，有人目睹從桌位上瞬移至地面，沒有發出什麼聲響，並在某些人眼前直接瞬移至地面。
4. 第四次，我的意識在台北捷運M8出口要下電梯進捷運站時瞬間消失，之後便如我開頭所說明，不過，我相信有非常多人受到驚嚇，因為根本沒有任何跡象，竟然有一個人頭受傷且有流血，但似乎沒有非常嚴重，所以醫生縫合後，即刻可以出院，無須後續檢查。
5. 第五次，在朋友面前坐在他床上的時候，還在哼著歌，就在那一瞬間，連朋友都啞口無言，因為我瞬間貼在床上，歌聲也瞬間停止。而且，我起來後，還跟他說「我剛剛瞬間貼在床上，是嗎？而且，我剛剛應該是坐著還唱著歌，因為我自己非常清楚自己剛剛的狀態為何，對嗎？」我朋友表示不得不相信的點著頭。

也許，我們聽到有人這樣表達時，常常會保持懷疑或不願相信的態度，但我相信科學界，現在應當勇敢追尋與自我印證未來可能的發展與走向。
Perhaps when we hear someone express this, we often remain skeptical or unwilling to believe it, but I believe that the scientific community should now bravely pursue and self-verify the possible future development and direction.

歡迎各位科學家透過GDV照相術來取得該疤痕的能量波動圖，或是直接透過紫外光來觀測我身體外面的棘皮意念流(能量走向並非往外，而是沿著身體旋轉)。
Scientists are welcome to use GDV photography to obtain the energy wave diagram of the scar, or directly observe the JIPI (centripetal convergence) EN (thought) flow outside my body through ultraviolet light (the energy direction does not go outward, but rotates along my body).

我針對意念系統做出以下調整(我就不特別翻譯了)：
I made the following adjustments to my EN (thought) system (I won’t translate this specifically):
1. 將意念改成自場域來執行後，介接時空與邊際場域，再回到自場域來修正執行
2. 將我自己的意念開啟直接匯集至大天公意念之所有中間意念級別

我修正這兩點後，各位可以聽見聲響的差異。

The sound was made by my mother's EN-type ego, and we could hear my mother yawning. If they are overdue, please make their own arrangements and be smarter. They may not be suitable to serve as relevant committee members of this award related to future development and direction. Taiwan immediately became the world’s most popular search topic, attracting many countries to visit and becoming the most important research hub in the future. Such a simple act is not exaggerated at all, is it? 2024-02-19_這群鳥兒真的是神奇過頭了，我才經過便大肆宣揚「神明就在這邊，是最帥的那位」。我問牠們，「歌練得如何，咬字有沒有練意念形？」牠們便躍躍欲試自己的歌唱神技，恐怕目前整個宇宙中，也只有臺灣見得到這種美麗的風景。

2. 強烈建議 賴清德 與 蕭美琴 Bi-khim Hsiao ，如何在520就職前，迅速獲得 侯友宜 、柯文哲和各黨更多支持與尊重。那就是，請蕭美琴協助賴清德就之前演講中被提問的那些沒有正面回應之問題，做統一整理並再次回應，除了聚焦或釐清關鍵問題之外，更應該簡單扼要來描述「實際可執行之建議方案」。這部分，本來就是賴清德可以響應 柯文哲 發佈的自省文一樣來反省自己，過去那些全都避免正面回答的提問，如今應該全部回覆具有實際可執行的建議方案，兩位是否覺得這正該是即將接任的正副總統應最優先來執行的事情，當然是「自抑修己，欣賞揚他」！

像是，護理師修法、舊法案的協助提出或修訂版本，另外，您還收了新竹家長就孩子因學校關閉，有不少學生需要一兩個小時通勤唸書的請願書，但並未見你回應這個議題。

另外在受訪時：
a. 賴清德公開提及「中國應該感激我們台灣」，但我想反問「中國要感激台灣什麼」，因為我自己無法輕易想出任何一點？
b. 賴清德所謂「渡讓主權」，請就自己的陳述(或命題)做定義，因為，我想很多民眾都不清楚您究竟是指「渡讓台灣主權」，還是「渡讓(應當屬於)中國的主權」？這絕對是你必無法迴避的問題，我某種程度也相信，你不敢正面回應。實際上，你當然是指「渡讓中國主權」，不是嗎？而不敢或無法說出口的原因，正因為這句話可能導致戰爭，並急速造成兩岸對立，是嗎？

3. 我認為 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen 總統自己得出來說明論文一事。如果您的確走了有錢人解決許多學歷與學位之方式，那就讓我們坦蕩地承認此事(有就是有，沒有就是沒有)。其實，對於某些學術單位，本來就存在著用金錢打通關的可能，那麼，就讓我們台灣的人民再清楚一點「哪些學術單位存在著這些可能」，這也是一種政府應作為之事。

若您同時還能允諾，將未來所謂的「學歷造假」，還有之前風波不斷的「論文抄襲」現象，作為自己終生志業來改善與努力，我相信社會大眾也不會過於苛責你。

而我在2022年8月，就知道妳在英國求學時，看似被置入一個很大的裂解意念場景(有人從背後用鈍器敲擊你的頭三天三夜)，我當時協助散形這個不利於您的裂解意念(我是執行到太倦睡著，天地都可以作證)，今日才明白，原來這個超大的裂解意念，有可能(我也不知道事實如何，但我的意念需要您發自真心地回應，便能協助您反轉)是您自己產生類似於「讓人知道，我死了算了」的想法，而且是發自真心的產生恐懼(自己生成裂解意念)。

Whether it is the Three People's Principles or communism, please practice "restraining yourself and cultivating yourself, appreciating and praising others" (you can see this in many places in my content).  Of course, Taiwan's "Constitutional One China" issue cannot be avoided. This is why Taiwan cannot be a country for the time being, and I deeply believe so. However, I would like to ask you to help convert China's ENs(thoughts) and wishes(tendencies) and show more sympathy and care towards China's people( either towards Taiwan's people). Waiting for the right time, this connotation will be enough for each other to convert from "the tit-for-tat disputes and stereotypes in the past" to "assisting each other and achieving each other's success"!  Wouldn’t it make people appreciate and yearn for it!

您在關鍵時刻提到NASA釋出的宇宙錄音，全部都只有兩種面向，便是「謝謝你」和「對不起」。

就這些NASA的錄音來聽，在台灣顯然我們會聽到(或我們能理解的面向)為「我們真的很抱歉」。請你從頭放最大聲聽到最後面，必然會同意我的解讀。

或是參照我的Blog，有更多天地聲響現在在跟我致歉和道謝。

我目前對於自己的(意念/未來)系統：
1. 能做到隨時皆能產生一定範圍的時空振盪(space-time oscillation/fluctuation)，並且在我的自場域內，隨時可以讓在範圍內的他人感知到時空重力場的變化(重力增幅)或浮力(支撐重力存在的依憑)的存在。

2. 能透過自場域，無須開口言語便能即時透過場域匯集聲音，此聲響為當下能錄製到的意念聲響，意指「可能在一段時間後會隨時空散形，該檔案中聲響便逐漸消逝」，或是「從台北移到桃園較散形的場域後，錄製到的聲音會散形到較難以聽見」。(這部分請一定要聯合並協助台灣中央研究院之院士，發表論文至全世界最嚴謹之期刊，因為我已經協助佈達給這些科學家非常之久，但是全部都在睡，而且無法面對自己基於科學心態和實際論證上沒那麼理解或專業的缺乏)。
3. 能在台北捷運站、台北轉運站、台北車站等大區域，能透過整個廣播系統，發出可錄製到電磁意念音，我想什麼就講什麼，這個我想北捷西門站等地都可以證實，因為絕對有錄音有錄影為證。
4. 我正在練習建立寬廣的地域場域，像是整個台北乃至於全台灣，目前我已經能透過我自己聽音樂，(在台北車站一帶)將車流的引擎噪音聲響轉為音樂的律動與和聲的基礎架構。

5. 能賦予動物(當然能賦予給人)我的意念(系統)，動物能立即解讀我的想法，並透過清楚可見的點頭/搖頭來回應，而且可發出可錄製到的意念聲響(同樣會隨時空自然散形消逝)。
【實例，這是紅樓靠西寧南路那一側的野鳥，我並未主動賦予牠們意念，所以當然可以代表部份的天地發言】2024-02-06_我們來聽聽麻雀在說什麼，因為意念的關係，每次聽都有些不同，大意是「吳時捷，真的很謝謝你，你早就超越活佛的等級了，我們鳥類都知道，謝謝你，真的很謝謝你！」

此封信件，因為我日前有看到「2023年9月4日達賴喇嘛尊者與華人量子科學家對談」的內容，所以同樣分享給兩位科學家，分別為中山大學物理系楊弘敦教授及相關實驗室後進、成功大學物理系陳岳男教授、SPEC科學推展中心、NSTC國家科學與技術委員會。

同樣分享給中央研究院天文物理所，彭威禮所長、李景輝副所長，還有相關科學家(希望這群科學家仍知道科學是講究事實，且懂得趕快跟上與協助論證！)，當然還有中央研究院生物化學研究所的現任中央研究院院長 廖俊智院長(希望院長您應當知曉這些事！)

還有我上次2/7造訪的台大天文物理所(天文數學館)的所有教授，麻煩請台大詢問貴所行政Cindy對於這世界有何貢獻？是否懂得學術倫理？是否懂得先請教他人？人貴自知，台大當然應該告誡這樣的職員，以免在未來繼續造成台大的損失！同樣分享給台大校長陳文章教授、台大副校長丁詩同教授、廖婉君教授、曾宛如教授和張上淳教授、王大銘主秘，因為那一天下著大雨，我那天在台大曾出聲說過「我若是台大校長，我一定主動聯繫這個人，為了我超過萬名的台大學生！」。

我提出的四個問題，請問各位教授有人懂得思考並以書面交中央研究院天文物理所所長那邊嗎？你們以為我在開玩笑嗎？荒謬至極，可笑至極。當天聽到內容的教授們，不只欠我一千，而應該欠一萬！(笑...你們應不是浪費他人力氣的科學家吧？那可以起而行，做給我們台灣看嗎？)
1. 我透過直接壓縮時空產生的劇烈晃動，這是什麼？What is it (the big oscillation/fluctuation) after I make a BOM in the space-time?
2. 何謂重力？請重新定義之。What is the Gravity? Please redefine it.
3. 請問各位認為時空中，所有的存在僅需要重力便能存在嗎？如若非也，那可能還有什麼？Do you think all existences can be existed in the space-time just because of the gravity? If not, what else could it be?
4. 請以目前所反思的面向，重新定義時空。Please redefine space-time based on the aspect we are currently reflecting on.

最後，當然不能獨厚台大，而應顧及我生我長之中央大學，所以分享給現任中央大學周景揚校長、綦振瀛副校長、顏上堯副校長、許秉瑜副校長、周立德主秘。

最後，再分享一個事實，也就是為何我言論與思想中的內容，會透過不明聲響與劇烈晃動在2022-10的中國呈現？這便是「匯集」(convergence)。

YouTube搜尋「習近平，給我立刻停止所有對台灣的威脅」可見到我從「2022-10-26由大紀元剪輯而成的影片」轉錄下來四分鐘片段的影片，大紀元所發布之原始影片已被撤下，可見真實性已由中國政府證實，所以無法再繼續放在網路上。(各位可以注意到第二段第三段的影片中，幾乎所有的聲音都消失了，這就叫裂解，連時空匯集而生的依憑或物理證據都可能模糊看不清或消失不見，這是非常重要的概念！)

並將此信內容副本給中央研究院天文物理所、地球科學研究所和資訊科學研究所與AI相關的科學家，倘若他們有意無意間封鎖了我的來信，那也沒辦法，就得看收到信件的科學家們是否懂得齊心協力，共創美好的台灣科學生態！

回應柯文哲前往美國洛杉磯廢棄物回收廠商，如何以科技處理垃圾一文。



一、利用廢棄有機物來【涵養】生態自然修復：挑揀適當廢棄食品(如果皮、果核)，透過不定時餵養湖泊、池塘、大圳等水澤地，不出三個月，水質必然開始清澈。所以，魚群必然活動力上升(能自行整理環境)，周圍腹地必然蜂蝶鳥類開始盤旋，形成自然生態的反轉向上。這一點，我已經試驗過了，必然有效。
Use waste organic matter to [cultivate] ecological natural restoration: select appropriate waste food (such as fruit peels and fruit cores), and feed it to lakes, ponds, swamps and other wetlands from time to time. Within three months, the water quality would inevitably begin to become clear. Therefore, the fish school would inevitably become more active (able to organize the environment by themselves), and the surrounding hinterland would inevitably start to have bees, butterflies and birds begin to circle, forming a reversal of the natural ecology. I have tested this and it must be effective.

二、利用廢棄有機物來【引導】生物匯集棲所：挑揀適當廢棄食品(如餅乾、麵包)，來誘導野生貓狗進入較為人煙稀少之山林地，讓牠們回到能適應之棲所。可以利用食物殘渣碎屑，將鼠群引導至堤外田野溝渠間，自然老鼠會開始在野外築地洞，而非流落水溝或市場。或利用食物來吸引魚群、鴨或鵝覓食並同時將油泡疏散，等於同時涵養生態，並利用野外堆肥，種植野生果樹以利生物存活與發展。

三、【將焚化爐之飛灰再利用】，要研究如何透過飛灰、淤泥(或溝道的腐土)與廢水的混合再處理，設法還原成可用土壤，一定要優先研究反轉回可用土壤的機制(連結回一、二)！並請務必同時考量到所有縣市的宮廟之焚燒金紙之香灰爐燼，一定要一起研擬處理辦法，並需要公告不得將香灰傾倒至田野土地上。

因為，我走過好多土地公廟，見過直接傾倒至土壤上或埋起來的，都造成周圍植物生長的枯萎與乾涸，這點請務必謹記於心。


2022-05-04_總統與各位五都縣市首長請注意，廟宇的香灰常直接整堆倒在土地上，是導致作物生長不佳的很重要因素。請務必趕緊想辦法或是發公告，請他們務必將香灰溶於水後再倒置於土地上。這與每個人的健康還有疾病有絕對的關聯；第一，從濃度來想最簡單理解；再來，那些香灰會轉換成為場域穩定物質，絕對要處理。

四、透過國家中央和地方的補助和協助，來【加速生質與環保材料的企業發展】，例如之前我分享的影片有介紹到「甘蔗渣做出吸管」，更應該協助其他農作物轉換為其他生質材料，讓一些明顯被廢棄的物質，能有後製與其他效益。


2023-09-28_台灣地方政府應該多學習雲林，若能協助其他縣市處理垃圾，那就能形成區域生態。另外，重要更應該補助培育這些低碳產業，影片可見到利用甘蔗渣做出吸管，更應該協助其他農作物轉換為其他生質材料，讓一些明顯被廢棄的物質，能有後製與其他效益。

中央政府應該補助的是長遠性與日常生活息息相關之科學技術發展，並且讓各縣市的孩子都能參觀導覽這些解決民生與社會問題的產業，試圖從其中汲取經驗，應用在他們未來的人生道路上，一次又一次，一關又一關的碰撞與困境之上。

五、【想到的先做，結合社會福利與現行制度】：這些事情可以利用現有資源，也就是，地方政府可以透過照顧街友或清寒家庭為出發點，編列相關預算來引導或嘗試調度，或透過各地的「社會勞動服務」人士的協助，讓他們有更有意義的事情做。或提供資源和補助給地理區域來發展，如透過鄰里辦公室或相關團體、協會，甚至以上述新的概念而新組成之單位來運行，都是成本極低，而且所有行政區域都適用的方法。


1. 2023-02-02_回應黃珊珊與分享給蔣萬安之內容：我個人認為iTrash這個模式之前，還可以有一個模式來普及。那便是政府採用民營的子母垃圾車模式，對吧？也就是「公家回收站」。可補強清潔隊定時收垃圾的缺點，補強家庭垃圾丟至街道垃圾桶的現象，同樣符合垃圾不落地的目標，重點是更容易啟動，也相對便宜。可以像是迷你倉的模式，設置一空間或子母垃圾車，讓有需要的人放置垃圾和回收物，有點類似社區自己設立的垃圾資源回收區。穩定後，可直接升級成「合於社區回收站」的可能，也就是讓有想法的社區來委託統籌規劃，可集結附近的社區推廣與運轉此事。而且，很多社區本來就已經有這些站點了。自可成一種良性的社會與政府之共同實踐。

回收物還可以讓街友承接清運，獲取些微酬庸並可取得一些回收金。街友們不用挨家挨戶收回收，有點像是大稻埕碼頭的回收大哥大姐們那樣。

甚至思考稍微培養街友他們水電或施作維修技能，介接到學徒那邊。不用考慮什麼他們也沒有很想要做之類的。重點是，倘若有兩三個人去做，然後經濟變比較好一點點，街友他們又都是互相認識的，就一定會有正面的助力和影響，這才是最重要的時空內能。重點是，他們要做才需要協助他們，不做就不做，也沒關係，這本來就是一種社會的協助和資源，對吧！

2. 2022-12-25_針對香火紙錢之焚燒，是否趕快要求環保局研擬公告。除了希望寺廟能自主構思替代方案外，更必須要求香灰之排放傾倒切勿直接置於土壤或溝渠之中。一定要溶於水後，方可廢棄。

各位大可以在公部門的角落一隅，或某些場合設立一個不鏽鋼的盥洗室，專門讓街友們可以沐浴梳洗的地方。可以參照大稻埕碼頭的廁所，我想，這應該很便宜又很容易做到吧！

各縣市都需要有幾個這種設置，這些不正應該納入國家的社會福利嗎？

水，由國家照護；電，可以採用太陽能儲水槽。顯示熱水溫度，讓他們自己判別是否適合洗澡。若天候不佳，他們也可以改天再洗啊。

然後，募集一些很多人家中久置的肥皂來提供他們使用，相對也比較溫和且無安全顧慮。盥洗後的水，經過基礎的過濾程序後，拉牽一些管路來澆花與植栽用。

和大專院校之科系合作競賽(可提供獎金)，請學生們提出proposal與簡報內容，選拔後再由各政府團隊來施行。這些內容，還真的花不了什麼錢，且每個步驟，都讓許多人反思與卓越！

大聲聆聽，幾段宇宙和地球的聲音，我相信會說中文的科學家們，能清楚識別在說什麼。有時我在想，科學家遇到這些事，怎麼一點都不興奮，而且還噤聲不語？避談這些事實，是為了什麼呢？ Listen loudly, I believe that scientists who can speak Chinese can clearly identify the several voices of the universe and the earth.
