(20240303補述)操控意念，就現在的理解而言，其實是一種「時空因子」，也可以理解為時空協助轉換而提供的「基礎生物能」。遇到場域大反轉的時候，也就是這些時空因子必須強制抽離或收斂，於是，就會發生像是梨泰院事件、土耳其大地震、印尼火山爆發、加州熱帶風暴引發的數次淹大水，包含極寒氣候，也就是乍看之下，好像造成重大傷亡，但實際思考過後，每一項都可以發現好的可能，不是嗎？像是土耳其大地震，將土耳其、敘利亞等的建築工法提升、印尼火山爆發，為印尼帶來肥沃的土壤與未來可能蘊含的各種礦石[1][2-1]等各種好處。

(20240303補述)此時可以特別注意兩點：

1. 如何修復、建立印度的自然環境場域？
關於這一點，我相信自己的一些思維和意念絕對有辦法提供一些協助的：2014-08通過的新法明定，「地熱能開發不再被視為採礦業活動，可在森林保護區內進行[2-2]」。儘管「印尼環境及林業部」認為地熱能開採不太可能造成環境危害[2-3]，但印尼當局心中一定要清楚的是「只要有人類活動的地方，就會產生廢棄物和相關損耗。更別提經年累月，運作機具或廠房死角的灰塵油垢。這些我們忽略之處，其實逐漸地瓦解場域的建立，更何況地熱發電場的地點大多是在森林保護區內」。

所以，除了例行清潔、環境維護或資源回收外，首重訂定週期性針對容易積累灰塵污垢之處(1~3個月/半年/一年為一期)，像是監控室或辦公區的螢幕邊緣或置物櫃上方，或是排水孔蓋等處，這是場域能否建立的重要關鍵。此舉，「試圖察覺與印證真正影響並造成整個國家環境與場域無法上揚的細節開頭」，是為【開頭】。也就是透過【多思考少評論】來【琢磨想法與意念】，可讓規劃與執行者散發純淨意念(發自真心)；如此，便能透過日常工作內容，將此內涵，透過【引導】與【涵養】，傳承給我們的孩子們與未來的時空。

接著，在地熱發電廠的周圍，建立中介概念的邊界，也就是盡量在廠區邊牆外，以天然植栽取代建造的鐵絲網、圍籬或尖銳防護網。可安排高層帶基層，一齊動手照護這些中介層。透過「學、做、教」的反覆流程，來建立我們做人處世的態度與自體改善的循環[2-4]。在勞動的同時，傳達心意「這一區有人在活動，我們會想辦法豐富這裡，共生共好」。這個過程，對於人體場域的反轉與健康的上揚，有著舉足輕重的影響[2-5]。此舉，是為【引導】動物們和我們自己，包含整個廠區(場域)與廠區人員。也就是【建立意念線】，可以協助後進者加速進展的腳步與速度[2-6]。因此，現在的我們需要更有耐心的觀察與感知。在快速發展的過程中，反倒要放放檢視「活在當下」，並設法「防患未然」。

最後，是透過「印尼環境及林業部」與「森林保護區管理處」，來協助廠區周圍可整理與照護的環境或場域，像是周邊可能的湖泊池畔、溪流河川[2-6]、垃圾集中管理與回收處等，甚至於透過種植少量的野花及果樹，提供生態更豐富的食物來源[2-7]，這都攸關餘「場域能否維持？」的重要關鍵。此舉，是為【涵養】動物們和我們自己，包含整個廠區(場域)與廠區人員。也就是【積累意念能】，可以協助未來轉換與反轉上揚之可能。透過善待各國的彼此還有大自然，如此一來，動植物們(大地)自然能乘載著人類的意念，這才是真正的友愛他人。

只要記得透過日常「涵養」並「引導」，就能在每個當下，愈發向上，還能指向更好的未來！如印度正在努力的方向一樣。

2. 如何讓大部分國家的人民能感到一股安定之力？

2014-08通過的新法明定，「地方政府可獲得部分地熱能資源收入[2-2]」。所以，地方政府要思考如何透過「引導」和「涵養」的內涵，照顧較弱勢的族群或貧困的人民，同時還能兼顧照護與潔淨環境大自然[2-8]！

中央政府可以協同地方政府，規劃透過這樣的地熱能資源收入，提撥補助一部分的額度給「懂得自抑修己，且做事態度謙和的國人」，就算他們貧困，政府都應該拿出魄力，就是用一至三個月來提供這些人居住、飲食還有日常一般開支，甚至提供公務手機等協助1.內容所述之事項，同時間觀察、培養做事的人，提升懂得「自抑修己，欣賞揚他」的人來【引導】尚未在日常生活中感受與察覺到差異的人，因為這些人懂得上揚他人，不會糟蹋他人的用心，而非提升那些懂很多，或是看似較為潔淨之人。

我相信這是印度現在可以培養的內涵，也就是「開始協助並懂得尊重那些看似一般且平常，或貧苦艱困的人民」來【涵養】。若印度能理解其中可能的緣由和道理，必然大綻放！

印度要反轉過往種姓制度所積累的意念和趨向，也就是國家與人民的態度、想法和作為，除了聖雄甘地前輩提倡廢除這樣的制度【開頭】，我相信這些是真正讓印度自在飛翔的重要內涵！

「自抑修己，欣賞揚他」的人，遇到有過失或爭執，想得大都是什麼呢？
→「見賢思齊，見不賢則內自省」、「是否有可以做更好之處」，想得大多是【自己】。
→「少開口談論或抱怨他人缺失」，「適時地不予回應」或「設法傳達好的意涵(火山爆發)」。
→看見可能的缺失時，想的是「他們是不是在示範什麼意義(創造自己的價值)」，「如何委婉地告知，且不會造成不舒服(創造他人的價值)」或「繼續看下去，也許會察覺一些好的用心在其中(創造彼此的價值)」，這都是很有智慧的思考。
→將他人對我們自己突發性的情緒或直白的態度，設法轉成好的意涵。也許別人苛責或強烈建議什麼事，我們都可以透過「只要他人的話裡有一點點道理，那我們便聽那道裡，便得道理」來練習。所以，只要理解與開始重視這個內涵，便能「點石成金」與「化腐朽為神奇」，但我們心中需要持續提醒自己的是，「我們認為的那石頭與腐朽，也許是因為我們還看不懂，或智慧仍不夠，說不定他們本來就是珍貴與神奇的」[2-9]，這才是讓人感到溫暖的「自抑」之法。
→在每一天記得的時候，持續練習以上幾點重點，分別是「找到自己」、「停止抱怨」、「創造價值」、「優點導向」，還有現在這一點的「反求諸己」。

(20240303補述)我也誠心地邀請印度總統Droupadi Murmu和總理Narendra Modi，在國營企業的相關體系之中，可以花時間研究各國在國營能源企業上的相關優缺點(因為私人/集團企業本身是為了營利；而國營企業則可收到國家較多的補助，還可以因為或許未來需要扶植一些新興產業，所以能承擔虧損，像是對環境友善的生質或再生材料，能帶給國人或友國更天然健康的原物料或更實用與高品質的加工產業等)。

像是我們臺灣，存在一些看似合法，但顯然可能會造成政府與人民的疑慮與遠憂，我將自己有稍作思考過後的相關內容[3-1][3-2][3-3][3-4][3-5][3-6]，分享與您們。

雖然許多人對印度印象是環境較髒，常水土不服而腹瀉；這也表示「印度雖窮富差距大，環境原生，卻是個有傳統、有信仰與辛苦走過來的國家」。這樣的歷史與過往，更能體恤人民與貧困之艱辛，請繼續為印度與人民努力，我相信，印度會往美好與幸福前行[3-7][3-8][3-9]！

各位可以看到南韓梨泰院、東非客機墜海、印尼大地震，墜樓或槍擊事件，還有中國的動亂以及美國Twitter, Meta, Amazon和中國富士康離開潮，這些都只是散行地呈現生命的抑制和收斂。
